Safety culture is the thing I like the most. I have learnt more about safety as shift incharge which is the good thing in the thermax

The corruption in thermax is the thing I hate it. Like, during bonus, I have get about Rs 20000 on paper but i received only Rs 10085 as a bonus. The Rs 10000 I not received yet. Pls Help me to get my due bonus amount

Company policy is good but site management feeling like owner of this company like shift Vechile using for personal working where suffering employee and specially on Bengal energy site on West Bengal, accommodation is so poor like they provided specially on Bengal energy,need to continue shift due man power shortage

1- main work culture 2- works on safety 3- work without taken risk 4- maintain every parameter as per norms.

1- dump in salary growth 2- never aspect stability in one location 3- They also hire 2 years contract basis 4- No additional benefits

I am quite happy to have worked in Thermax, or I have got a lot of experience in Thermax which will make my future better

Salary structure is not goog for thermax engineering, and senior management underestimate our work preformence

If you need good appraisal you need buttering to you manager..BBS, OBSERVATION, & NEAR MISS giving in every month is compulsory, we create fake near miss or observation infact BBS to complete our compulsory target, that is major headache. I given my 100% i got no increment and manage say's What did you do special for company? You did only you job responsibilities, how can a manager says like this. I performed the job responsibilities well due to which there was no problem in the company whole year.
