hr and station manger are doing corruption at site . site employees have no values .. no any family accommodation to site employees.. recruitment is done on the basis of station manger relation.mess facility is very bad

Safety culture is the thing I like the most. I have learnt more about safety as shift incharge which is the good thing in the thermax

Dislikes

The corruption in thermax is the thing I hate it. Like, during bonus, I have get about Rs 20000 on paper but i received only Rs 10085 as a bonus. The Rs 10000 I not received yet. Pls Help me to get my due bonus amount

Sub contractors are doing blackmailing very frequently asking always extra mone& benefits. It's necessary to construct a strict contracts in which rates at bottom level should be minimum & rates of upper floor should be higher side.
