I can say that for freshers there is not much pressure in work environment. There travel policy is very good and mainly they have guest house in all major cities so no need to worry about hotels.

Dislikes

...have proper training program for graduate apprentice trainee as compared to GET. For GAT after completing 1 year program there is no assurance of being absorbed in company on pay roll.

1- main work culture 2- works on safety 3- work without taken risk 4- maintain every parameter as per norms.

Dislikes

1- dump in salary growth 2- never aspect stability in one location 3- They also hire 2 years contract basis 4- No additional benefits

Working culture is good,job is 100% secure.salary credit to account in time.Learing and skill development opportunities is very good. safe work environment with regular safety training.overally a good working experience with Thermax Ltd.

salary structure is not as much good as per your expectations.also yearly increment need to improve.Though Bachelor accomodation is provided but in some site it is very bad

Internal politics No increment 800-1200 No promotion due to internal politics No spare instruments have Clint side company 10-12 times i repaired sov but till date i didn't get new sov or any instrument you have to serviced it and again mounted no new or spare instruments issued from material management team

If you need good appraisal you need buttering to you manager..BBS, OBSERVATION, & NEAR MISS giving in every month is compulsory, we create fake near miss or observation infact BBS to complete our compulsory target, that is major headache. I given my 100% i got no increment and manage say's What did you do special for company? You did only you job responsibilities, how can a manager says like this. I performed the job responsibilities well due to which there was no problem in the company whole year.
