...tes are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good. Appraisals are little bit fare though they give very less salary hike but give bonus every year

No point of disliking anything. But the FTC system is not fair as there the chances of getting permanent very less. Other all things are good.

Company policy is good but site management feeling like owner of this company like shift Vechile using for personal working where suffering employee and specially on Bengal energy site on West Bengal, accommodation is so poor like they provided specially on Bengal energy,need to continue shift due man power shortage
