Salary structure is not goog for thermax engineering, and senior management underestimate our work preformence

Best cultur for work, salary is every month 1 date compulsory, mess , gest house no cost , very smooth work, hr policy is very strong.

In the mechanical department many places only single incharge, so that work pressure and documentation is very high.

Thermax is process driven company. Transparency in company policy from Top to bottom. Value & Ethical business is in blood. Work culture is still there. Emotions in place of Professionalism is still make life happy at Thermx

HR are very poor and do not help at all, Worst management , no promotion at all, no hike very less than industry standards, poor technology used, very few self learning opportunities

Thermax provides one of the best working culture in industry and job security. Company policies are good with fair incentive every year.

Dislikes

Thermax is not a pay master, Salary hikes are very low, appraisals and promotion are biased, work life balance is not so good.
