Politics Mangers level people are so dominate & orthodox. Never let you to figure you out before management since they have to protect themselves as they have no new skill, ideas only they know buttering & politics & don't let the new guy to retain in company for a long run.

Company policy is good but site management feeling like owner of this company like shift Vechile using for personal working where suffering employee and specially on Bengal energy site on West Bengal, accommodation is so poor like they provided specially on Bengal energy,need to continue shift due man power shortage

Good atmosphere for working I am trying to rejoin the Thermax group in Karnataka. I did not any idea of promotion and salary hike

Third party contractor like casual labour issue I discuss with our superior persons and also contractor but not resolve the issue
