No work life balance Working hour up to 15 to 16 hrs per day No Sunday holiday. When you go to home No Sunday presence will adjust. Increment very low Mental torture Good for bachelor life people At the time of interview people getting happy that I join to thermax, but when you proceed your resignation to your earlier company and serv notice period to join thermax, they provide offer letter from third party. Most of people here are unhappy due to this. On third party people, they can remove from service with in 2 to 3 month. They suddenly ask you please consult your company we could not proceed you job at here further, when people requesting ,they provide 15 to 20 days time to search another job. In third party no holiday,no bonus,no increment, only use and throw, they can terminate you within 2 month suddenly. No job security

Career growth is very slow,Managers do not values individual strength.Salary/ appraisal much more lower than expectation but learning training in organisation is better than other organisation

International side my first experience in thermax work culture and management is better responsibilities is excellent company policies awesome fully supported for any types of work, thanks and I have proud of for thermax family.

Covid time working condition is very bed experience, sort manpower available but team work is excellent and fully support to all team members.
