Improper salary increments and incentives. Good worker will get lower hike and average worker can get good incentives and increments. Totally salary hike increments incentives these are all very mystery in this organization.

Company Culture somewhat resembles a normal domestic company. Being an Indian MNC, there should be a more standardized working culture, more rigorous training and development programs, more job security for floor workers, etc.

... lifetime. But after 2 years . No project and imejetly decided will close TBWES. And all employee shifted Other company on 30-40% less salary. but after that Total B&H Thermax takeover from TBWES..they lie. to employee. that's why I m telling. no job security in TBWES

No personal life for site engineer. Worker 12 + yours, also work on Sunday. Lots of politics. Safety standards is only on book nothing apply at site.
