Improper salary increments and incentives. Good worker will get lower hike and average worker can get good incentives and increments. Totally salary hike increments incentives these are all very mystery in this organization.

Two things is good in tbwes- salary on time and job is secure

No personal life for site engineer. Worker 12 + yours, also work on Sunday. Lots of politics. Safety standards is only on book nothing apply at site.

...re working hard & from long time to them not making permanant. So less benifits.Experience wise there is no salary structure. Some time more experience man getting less salary.

Working since 13yr. I observed work style is good. memorable at site work as a Store Incharge.

All benifit have been ok. But salary structure as per experience not to good. So, I my opinion to change for better Salary to other company as per experience.

Pros - very good company to learn, Senior management is very cooperative. Everyone supports our decision.

Dislikes

Compensation is not good If some one join from another organization then he receive good grade and pay scale but person working from starting is not receiving promotions and good hike.
