Not paying salary in time . Not recruiting the persons as per the team requirement. Not paid employee pf for the last 1.5 years. Not getting any materials/ works done by external agency in time .due to delay in payments to vendors

Teammates are superb.Scope to Learn but management won't give such a chance.

Should struggle for salaries. No Job security to employees. Management won't listen to the problems faced by the employees in work environment and even they don't listen to emp suggestions. More value for wicked words.no work life balance , you should sacrifice your weekend , in fact all weekends in a month too. Don't expect additional benefits

Some of senior DRL Employees having good knowledge on Safety culture i like work together.

Poor work culture and no job security, no safety culture. and top management is not focused on regular business.

Shop floor employees are hard workers, I am honoured working with them as team.

Dislikes

Management & managerial employees are inappropriate, no vision, decision making is ver poor resulting in employees career jeopardy.
