We cant expect anything from the managment. No support, no disaster management plan.

Polices, Every year in the name of cost cutting. They simply spoiling the future of the employees. They detect some percent of amount our CTC and they give every 3 months once as a performance incentive. So horrible.

Theorem has industry leader in Digital Marketing and community friendly standards. It gave us healthy and positive work environment.

Dislikes

Management level (like HR, TL's) are lacking professionalism atmosphere. But still Good place to work. Even it is much better place for freshers to learn and explore on Digital Marketing.

Company is supporting well in the tough situation created due to Covid19.Company has provided us 100% job security, company policies are also employees friendly. I like this company.

There is nothing to dislike about this comapny. Company always support nrw employees along with existing employees

It is a good opportunity for the young professionals to learn and be ready for the professional world, the work culture is much like a college blend.

Dislikes

The management says it follows meritocracy, but I personally did not feel so. Employees including some of the management are resistant to any kind of change and have become stagnant at the place.

Terrible Experience ever. No job security at all.

Terrible , no growth at all. Caution They can Fire you any time. At the time of joining they want you to sign two years of bond. But they can fire you within few months without any justification. Huge political influence within the organization. Only buckets can be happy and survive there
