Very low salary and zero work life balance. The office is suitiated really far from the city and there is no travel facilities and travel allowances half of the salary will go off just to reach the office location

Hey people, I'm working in this organization from past 2 years as a web developer. I was lucky to get into email marketing domain that too in Salesforce marketing cloud (SFMC). Well, I don't know about other sectors such as adtech, media review etc. But martech has better scope comparatively. I got good opportunity to work on multiple projects n explore more on SFMC. If you're looking for SFMC domain as a fresher. This is really a very good place you to get started. If you're looking for core development job profiles, you'll get disappointed here for sure. Work culture is in between average & good. Work Environment was good. Flexible timings. Leads are totally moody. (Bet your luck) Opportunities are rare, but internal upskill programs are good.

... sure if you're ready to sail for 3 years on this boat & stake all your docs. No bonus at all. I got only 1 ₹800 gift coupon in these 2 years. They won't provide laptops to every employee, I requested one a couple of months ago, still they say no stock. (Totally disappointed)

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign even if they terminate they will not give reliving letter not thinking about our future. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
