1. Employees are treated like commodities and every hour is questioned. 2. Salary does not get credited on time and it is always credited in parts. 3. When they do not have any logic in quoting their charges and manage to stay without clients for months, they still have no shame in pretending to be the Tesla of design firms. 4. Founders have absolutely no idea in doing business and blame employees for their own incompetence. 5. Hire and fire is their way of functioning!!

Nothing one of the worst company that I have worked at.

Management, they actually don't know what development ishow much time it takes. The only thing these guys know is to promise client they will get them the moon but can never deliver it. Their approach is add more developers for 1 or 2 months to get the job done, it's like expecting 9 different ladies to give birth to a child.

Inconsiderate management and rude HR. Faced a lot of trouble just because I rejected their full time offer after interning. Management was inconsiderate and created a lot of troubles. Internship was poorly planned.
