Nothing just the good nature of the office boy and the tea.

...nager Sonia and her rude behavior. There is nothing called HR or policies here. They make you call for fees and beg the parents to pay the fees. There is no work-life and personal life balance. You are expected to work from home even when you are sick. The manager comes to the office only to scroll on Instagram and do online shopping. The principal is like a ghost you barely see her and is not approachable.

Nothing just the Piano since it was non living.

Dislikes

Everything about the company, they are senseless, useless no work life balance. The manager (Sonia) is so egoistic and too luxurious that she never allows you to grow and she can call you anytime in the midnight to remove her frustration and have double faced, I wonder why is she even there only for scrolling and scolding people. The principal is also of no use she does not even talk to her employees and they will never fail to make you feel that you will never belong to their class. Such a hopeless company I ever worked with. Would never recommend anyone.

The organisation being a Music Institute, one can know and understand more and lots about music, especially Western. Coming across daily acquaintances with really experienced music teachers. Good to see the upcoming generation so inclined into music. Teaching or Non-teaching staffs are all educated and well mannered.

Dislikes

No proper infrastructure to encourage employees. HR system is really weak. The organisation runs on some specific rules set by few specific people only, and the rules give almost no privilege to the employees. HR has no employee engagement policies, team management is very poor. Only output is expected from everyone here, and besides compromises too.

Nothing good about the company. The management only concerns about teachers and enrollments.

Dislikes

Never appreciate your work. No appraisals and other benefits at all. You have to be after them for appraisal. Have no proper criteria for anything. Moreover, the management is pathetic in all sense. They are only concern about teachers growth and enrollments.
