This is my very bad experience in this company I am almost done for this company no any future here.

Here management system is very bad salary is hold in one month no carrer growth no any increment system here.

It's like a exploiter for the employee, 1000s of employee have pendi g thier dues, have no HR law of the government being implemented, they are just recruiting key professional for certifications of the project, salary of the employees are after 3 months. Many more,,,,,,

Dislikes

...leting their job, usually the HR law of government is not being complied at all. Still my 2,5months salary still not paid by TES, The Team Leader had encouraged the Junior staff to fight with key professional s, Key professional like structure and Material had been deployed for only certification of the work which had more then eighty percent completed.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I m a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.i also like the employee rehire policy here.

Compensation is decent but growth is average. The work pressure is high.

In this company, head office always stands with you in any situation. They don't take side of contractor. If you are on the right way, no keypersons can stop you for maintain quality of work

They cut 5 % salary as a security deposit. But you can't get it back. They can discontinued your service at any time. If Govt. not passes their bill, they hold your salary.

They are the Worst Consulting Firm. They will not give Salary on Time , you have to Wait 2-3 Months for Salary , They will never response for your mail or calls , They don't care you're present in office or not. You will never learn a single thing as they don't ask anyone about works

Everything. Not a Place to Work genuinely I am saying
