Experience doesn't matter here. Only flunkeyism required for self growth. Everyday rules changed by management. Government approved some amount for workmen's fitness and started Gymnasium, but maximum components shifted to manager's home. Management do anything to fulfill 1 or 2 person's ego.

Nothing is good about this company.

Dislikes

There were too many issues. There was no value of employ. Any time they kicked out. And management operated by Non educated people. Nobody takes long term decision. Only doing Yes Yes infront of CEO and playing dirty politics to stay safe
