Chetan's ambition might have helped him grow but his poor habits (smoking up) and poor discipline is dragging him down. It affects everyone in the team. Poor ethics and big liar. Funny part is he preaches so much about morality, discipline, punctuality and work ethics but he is the one who fails to follow his own words. Thank god his core team (from Delhi) have all left him because I feel they were the only ones keeping him relevant. So many coaches from humble background were hired with so much promise but many of them lost their jobs because he couldn't control his temper or he was wrongly influenced by good-for-nothing employees like Shefali.

Likes

The CEO Chetan Mishra motivation is one of the reason you want to stay there forever and also career growth. Aswini Bhaiya also a major role of companies growth but he is so sober that anyone can manipulate him easily. Zubair, Nipun Sir,Hemant Dixit are one of the company's trusted employees. Also, BM Sir who will make you a great person by his commanding knowledge and expertise in almost every field. Yes everyone work professionally but things are meant to be wrong so wrong things happens often.

Dislikes

The politics started growing within the company ,Too many word of mouth which ended with starting arguments,pointing each other weakness and etc. Hope they are ding good now.
