Chetan's ambition might have helped him grow but his poor habits (smoking up) and poor discipline is dragging him down. It affects everyone in the team. Poor ethics and big liar. Funny part is he preaches so much about morality, discipline, punctuality and work ethics but he is the one who fails to follow his own words. Thank god his core team (from Delhi) have all left him because I feel they were the only ones keeping him relevant. The politics started growing within the company ,Too many word of mouth which ended with starting arguments,pointing each other weakness and etc. Hope they are ding good now.
