Poor work environment fill with politics, If you want a promotion start licking the manager's feet. If you're not a feet licker you'll have a bad time over there and they will eventually remove you anytime they want and destroy your career

I like the culture. We enjoy celebration all the festivals together and involvement of all the employees out there. The management is considerate and understanding. I really appreciate how each individual is treated.

To be honest there are very few things which needs to be worked on. The company is at it's growing stage and it is moving towards great achievements.

I truly appreciated the advanced technology that thebigword integrated into their operations. It not only streamlined our processes but also opened up avenues for innovation. Additionally, the environment fostered cross-functional collaboration, which provided a unique opportunity to learn from colleagues in different departments and gain a broader perspective on projects.

Dislikes

Unfortunately, I frequently encountered instances of extreme racism, which made the work environment toxic and stressful. This not only affected morale but also the overall cohesion among team members. Furthermore, the delegation of tasks often seemed arbitrary and lacked clarity, leading to confusion and inefficiencies in executing projects.

I would like to give my review about the work place at thebigword, as the day i started my work with thebigword i loved the work place as there are wonderful people around and also manager's are great to work with and also we do have flexible shift's and salary is also credited on time and over all my experience is great while working here and also i do love working here and also there are multiple activities been held at the office like fun Friday, and various activities held by the HR in office.
