There is nothing I like in this company no protocol no decipline no humanity only politics and partiality

I dislike the organisation completely a negative place to work in and no growth in the organisation very low salary and no job guarantee the management is completely sick , Not process driven, it is always one person driven which makes the entire team suffer

Nothing to like. Worse than Domestic BPO. Its a micromanaged agency where they have agents who are directors

...NT - There is no closed door policy. Because the founder is head of Department Strict time to come by 9:30 or salary deductible but nothing for extending

Biased Management Everything for top floor Client Servicing and nothing for Conversation Even for Beer and Anniversary they give goodies to them and for us nothing Cheap Mentality by the Director and talks personal below belt words No use of HR department, Founder is the HR director so always deny anything wrong Founder always use abuse words to our TL and they cry every time Work pressure too much and High authority people blame us for no business

It was my best place I worked in my career. Work atmosphere is very good and peaceful. The enjoyed my work process which gave me knowledge about different technology and latest news about the IT firms. Each project gave me different work experience. Attending & Organizing events was a added excitement and new experience in my career. Management is so friendly, understanding and more approachable. The talents are recognized and rewarded periodically. All together I had a best life in Younion.
