The company doesn’t know how to run the operation
- The founder nanda Kumar, he don’t know how to respect the employees and the way he speaks with employee is pathetic and he thinks the employee are the servants of him
- The Carrier growth here is very slow and the employees who is working in frontline (Stores) have no respect from the founder.
- No job security, no feedback’s will be considered and ithey will tell u directly to leave if they don’t like you.
Never and ever join the company
The founder doesn’t have a manners to speak with employee, he have so much attitude just by opening 5-6 stores, he feels like he is operating with 1000+ stores,
If Employees are not getting respected than no point working in such a useless company

The founders are very bad, don't know how to speak or treat the employees.
Once in a two month they take employees outside for a lunch and they are expecting that the employees will come to their feet after the lunch
There is no process in the operations, lot of office politics and they are ruining the employees life.
The HR don't know how to issue a experience certificate to an employee, and she thinks like she is the boss of the company.
I worked this company for 11 months during my tenure I have seen the have fired more than 5 people.
The company is very bad. Never recommend anyone to join in this hell.
