Until Mrs. Sajitha Nair is going to be heading the sale there is no positive feedback, can only expect dictatorship

Because now Asian Paints have take over the company and Mrs. Sajitha’s cover up for her inefficiency is to either blame it on the manger and ask them to leave, if not terminated. No Job security and only managers working as a spy and be a slave to her since she’s the country head. I’m not the first I’m not sure I’m going to be last. The Piolet batch of the store team absconded in few months. Four months I worked total of 3 attrition. Asian paints are so good but because of this dictatorship they’re loosing many good employees.

I can solely speak for the studio department alone, In all my years working at this company I've faced no issues whatsoever. Comfortable, Informal, Flexible work culture

The company is only good for you if you want to be the puppet of seniors. They like people who is good in politics. They want their employees to work without giving attention to their personal life. There are people who treat this company as their second home because they don't have anything to do at home as they are not even bothered to have a family bond or a future family. Only if you are their favourite you can last long a little more or else this company believes in hiring and firing.

Pros Owners are extremely nice & respectful . They care about store team & are ethical . Have all qualities to run the business successfully into the future.

Cons There is no structure so even the Cluster Manager is expected to wear SM uniform & attend clients all the time . There is NO formal training or induction & expects the CM to shadow the work of assistants to learn .The role is that of a "Glorified Store Manager". More work wth a fancy title . This is more like a coordinator role . Work is hectic as clients take anywhere from 1 to 6 hrs to finalize their order . It would be appreciated if staffs have 2 week offs alternate weeks at least as it's heavy on their physical health . The Nat Sales head ( Mrs.Sajitha Nair ) is inexperienced in retail & has no clue on how to establish a structure to run retail stores . Deeply lacks empathy & keeps asking teams to stretch beyond hrs & attend calls & be available even on day offs . Requesting leave / week off is a tiresome exercise . She's least bothered to even respond with a " take care " if someone calls in sick . I happened to fall ill on a saturday & she literally was in shock on how I fell ill on a weekend !!! Defenitely not the right person to lead the co. into the future with such archaic work mentality . She clearly has favorites & gives long speeches if a small error is found on the part of the store team & appreciates literally nothing . She would prefer to fire than train & develop as she is unskilled herself with very little real retail experience out of WTC .

Great work environment. Trusting employs skill set and allowing to work on their merit. Employ centric culture. Founders are extremely kind and very much approchable.

Dislikes

HR department needs a lot of improvement. Hiring new staff is not upto the mark.
