Not up to the mark .. it's just a name .. in CTC breakup they mention Potential Incentive however they never released in their records of 5 years even though it's part of your CTC. They give u big offer and they adjust it with ur Potential Incentive... worst part of Wadhwa Group

No policies are followed, No promises made are kept, penny wise pound foolish company, unethical practices like staff removed when known will be going on Maternity, gratuity not paid, management wastes precious time on unnecessary activities and key tasks remain pending

You will get to learn more thing dat would be good to increase our skills and knowledge. They handover CRM, Sales & Administration part also if there is less staff and GRE's responsiblity in wadhwa group are handling Petty cash & vouchers, General administration work, Sales part also on weekends, CRM part need to handle bcoz CRM doesn't seat on site they only seat in Head office so GRE need to handle that queries & apart from this need to do Housekeeping management, Stationary management, pantry management this is good to improve your skills and abilities. I enjoy working all dis responsiblity in The Wadhwa Group 😊.

No job securities, They hire 3rd party to sale project but gives more value to them instead of Wadhwa's staff & those 3rd party took advantage of it. Please don't trust on that 3rd party more bcoz Wadhwa's staff work harder to show their capabilities please appreciate there work & trust them instead of trusting 3rd party.
