The organizational environment for ladies is very good. I have learn many new things day to day. The person who works at Urban Unit can work anywhere in the GIS/RS market.

Dislikes

There is no job security, no career growth which make many employees disappointed. Also the preference of foreign qualified people create a depressed environment to even local qualified M.phil people or PhD's.
