Good exposure, good children, supportive coordinators.

Less pay, proxy committee is just very unfair they don’t give proxy to themselves and their friends, 7 floor staffroom is just so negative that teachers think they are all superior to everyone Radhika , Aadhya, Aproova , Alfiya they all are ruining the school management also the teachers. They don’t work they just pretend.

Likes

It is a good place for the freshers, teachers are given freedom to experiment different teaching methodologies. Students are amazing.

Dislikes

... by 2nd floor staffroom and 4th floor staffroom teachers have no respect at all. Politics is another short coming along with low pay scale.

The culture is open and warm. Alot of work is assigned so you get good exposure.

Dislikes

Senior teachers are given too much importance so much so that they act superior to others. Many times, the senior teachers talk about their counterparts as someone who are worthless and do not do any work. While they safeguard all the important tasks for themselves and refrain from assigning any work that can be seen.

Likes

Great platform to start as a teacher.. Kids are very good & always excited to learn new things.. Ambience of the school is also good... Playground should be arranged.. There is no appraisal / appreciation done for teachers who really work hard.. Only the senior teachers take/have the +ve credits.. Lots of politics is done among the teachers & staff should be changed accordingly.. senior teachers have a huge ego problem in helping other new teachers in school.. Action should be taken for this...

Lots of work pressure, Negativity working with co teachers..

Great work experience and a lot of learning on the job. I had a very supportive team which created a pleasant atmosphere to work.

Dislikes

work-life balance but it is a personal choice. People can maintain work-life balance if they wish to.
