New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

Our principal was vry supportive. She never scolds anyone instead she teaches the best method to handle a situation.

Dislikes

Teacher or staff's work are never praised. No appreciation given for doing best. Less salary then deserved.

They didn't paid salary...last 2 months..and.i didn't get my PF amount also...management never responded properly...1year it went waste for me..didn't get my experience letter also

Working in Tree House was excellent and my colleagues encouraged me a lot, helpful and clarified my doubts. ಈ Love and enjoyed a lot. Traveling was also good. School environment was too quiet and good, nice place to school.

I have worked with tree house. I have learned so many things related to industry and housekeeping department as well. The company is very good for taking care of staff and giving a proper training to staff related to work culture and trained to staff how to deal with guest and give the wow experience to our guest. The working hours was also good. If i will get the opportunity to work with again this company i will join. Thank you.
