There are loads of facilities that will entice you to not quit

But those facilities are mostly for the bosses or very senior members. They duped e of my annual bonus just because I quit. I worked for the entire financial year and got a promotion too. But in my final settlement, they cheated me. I will never go back to this company. Juniors are hardly given opportunities. Seniors use the company's money to travel abroad for junkets and fulfill their travel goals.

No salary hike and no promotion,even though we have lot of experience in that work they will hire new person from outside who don't have any knowledge about tat subject and the experienced person have to teach them n thy give promotion to the new joining and not the old one.

I like the environment ,team support understanding nature or the team leader cooperatives seniors and I also like the employee engagement activities.

Dislikes

There is no salary appraisal policy and there is no leaves policy for junior department like data entry operator guards etc.

Overall are company best learning & growth diversify but as intern not paying incentive also pay salary for working a task. Otherwise company growth path very high good MNC stage deserve.

...rganization to grow tmyour network and helps you fight yourself to excel better. In time salary payments but not a huge payscale unlike earlier days.

The multiple bosses culture is one big mess to deal with... bosses with high ego levels kill tour productivity and leave you unattended for their own good benefits and once they don't like something they will roast you in every possible manner..
