good property for for every one good learning .. management wash very good . benefit for employee ,,lot of BONAS LTA .etc.

compensation is good but growth is no slow for decant people..good for.workers .

The best thing about being a part of the hotel is that guests interactions because of the good clientel every time i got a chance to interact with different types of guest. Also I have learnt to be patient and focus.

Dislikes

As far as the hotel is concern it's a pleasure working here.Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

I really feel good that I was a part of this hotel, where I learned a lot of things, I would like to say thanks to the management team of the suryaa hotel, who provide a pleasant environment to work and execute the skills in various ways.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
