Job security at the bank is very good and the work culture with seniors and calliguages are friendly and good . Senior manager has handle the bank in the right direction . The policies of the bank is very good and easy to understand and easy to adapt for customers as well

Sometimes the illiterate customers behave and talk in the bad manners

I loved working in the bank. I loved helping people who could not read or write. The priority of the bank employee is that no customer of the bank should suffer. I would love to work for them again.
