Good place to learn, exposure, Director's Vision and Mission

Recognition, Employee Pay / Hike / Benefits, Job Security, No Policies, Planning, bows / believes falsification and pampering, more experienced less respect, Directors next level team has lots of caste feeling and nobrespect / understanding, not employees friendly

They never give the opportunity to initiate or express faculty ideas. No proper planning and decisions are always changing, No stability in making policies or choosing methods and plans to implement.

The school is good for learning...There is much scope for innovation.

Overall working filled with dissatisfaction..more politics.. HR rules are not up to the mark. I paid back lumpsum amount for getting back my certificates.Tht was my terrible experience over there.
