Work culture is good .. but salary is poor... never received salary on time..They deducted pf but never deposited the amount in pf account. And they deprive the employees to receive the yearly pf interest. No incentive at all. Very bad politics they play. The hardworking people never been appraised or promoted.

Dislikes

1--Higher management keeps on cheating they deduct ESI and PF but do not deposit and thus they play with staffs financial security. 2---staff is highly unstable including mid level management which hampers your career growth if you stays for longer time. 3---slary issues are always there which you never get on time.

I like the people are nice specially the lower management. And I have beautiful friends.

Dislikes

Salary, payments, job security, learning , work life balance forgot everything and you have to work without thinking about these thing.
