This hotel having no rules and regulations, they always try to make u trapped in the company. If you want to leave the property they will not give experience letter even after serving proper notice period . Even they don’t allow u to work in other hotels in Jamshedpur. They will try to put you in a trouble if you wish to leave the job from company. Very unprofessional company.

Still a hotel in Jamshedpur who is take cares of there staffs cafeteria food and timely all payment and wages procedures.

Dislikes

If a middle level staff face or met any accident or any medical requirement the management just take off there hands. Like in the year 2017 Nov 3rd, while going for my shift at 2 pm. I met an serious accident and my left leg ACL and Cartilage got teared and damaged, i called up them on that time and they took me to the hospital(TMH), but when the the HR. Mgr. come to know about the serious injury he took me to my home and after that they won't contact me for 20 - 30days. And not guided me that how to claim for and AOD(Accident on duty). I was not in a situation to chase for these things when after 30 days i proactively called them about my situation and asked for AOD. Then the HR Mgr. said ''have you filled up the AOD form'' ? I asked them that no body guided me for the same and i was not aware of the procedure. Not even my Dept. Mgr. informed me for the same, when i asked my Dept. Mgr. he straight away said that, ''i also don't know about the policies''. round about 80 thousand to 1 Lac Rs. myself and my family spend for my recovery by our own. But the organisation like Sonnet only paid me approx Rs.8000/- that to adjusted with my paid leave of 15 days PL only. It took approx 3 months for recovery and i am from a Middle class family, no money was there on that time with me to take care of my family. So It's hearts me a lot on that time, that I joined the hotel on 16th Jan''2015 and i met this accident on 3rd Nov''2017, after spending more than 2.5 years in an organisation this kind of treatment they do with an employee. See i don't have any harsh on any one, it you asked them they might deny from the facts, but this is the TRUTH which i have wrote and mentioned above.
