...iderable time to improve performance - firing decision is not taken in a day 4. Compensation is OK - lower than Big 4s (because of brand name) but higher than other KPOs

Dislikes

1. There is absolutely no trust among immediate team members, let alone employees of other teams 2. All control is with operations - HR does not have any say in any matter related to employees 3. No one talks about 'WHY' - 'It has been told to us by senior management and we just need to execute' is what trickles down from middle management 4. No focus/effort (both from company and employees) at all to develop skills/knowledge of experienced folks - people need to realize that after a point, they will get redundant because of lack of knowledge/skills, which is quite ironical because we are operating in the so-called 'Knowledge' industry

Hybrid work - that's all and probably the only lever keeping people here. Not because the company cares or anything.

...alance. You are expected to put over and above office hours and get no overtime. Cost cutting has made this company let go of many resources and now the people left behind are streching. Say goodbye to good appraisals or understanding managers. Somehow nobody has anything under their control and everything is a directive from above. Above here means WNS (a BPO for God's sake) that acquired this company. That's all. If you want to question whether this company/industry/country is right for you every second of the day then please welcome.

Pretty low level firm with no professionalism, employees basics are even screwed up & are sitting on designations & pay cheques by licking the leadership's a**, the manager was so insecure with my knowledge that she played cheap to make me switch departments, a typical toxic lady of a daily soap with no class & just b****ed me out like a typical teenage girl from a village & HR is just manager's slave with no power of their own, you want to enjoy some toxic daily soap drama, feel free to come

The sync with the managers and project leads is really good. They do understand the issues in case you have any problem. With flexible work from office guidelines, couldn't recommend a better place to work.

Compensation benefits are around 30-40% lower than the industry standards (if compared to big 4 or other consulting companies). Rest everything is great.
