...alance. You are expected to put over and above office hours and get no overtime. Cost cutting has made this company let go of many resources and now the people left behind are streching. Say goodbye to good appraisals or understanding managers. Somehow nobody has anything under their control and everything is a directive from above. Above here means WNS (a BPO for God's sake) that acquired this company. That's all.
