One of the rubbish companies I've ever seen in my 15 years career. 10 hours job and beleive me it's officially 10 hours I used to to 11 hours job for laste 6 months and job sequrity is 0. Guys is company me job karo but apni job side by side search karte rahna

The Management is more concern on Hiring not to Keep the old employees Too much of pressure a Front end team is Main piller for any company but here they make your life hell with calls meetings Camera no work life balance even after doing it all finally u get no incentives as they have many reasons to cut. Hardly of you are lucky ull get 30k max for a year. No one listens when asked for anything here

The worst company that I have worked for till now. I worked with the company for almost 2 years in Emails and calls both, but there was nothing to learn. You only learn how to play politics in the environment. There is too much favoritism and politics. If you suck up to your manager and give them everything they want, you get good appreciation and fast growth. But if you are doing hard and good work, you still don't get any promotion or appreciation. Promotion and appreciation are only for people who give the manager tea, snacks, and sweet words. Worst company. I would recommend you don't join this company; it is the worst for employees.

It scarred me for life working here, no one knows anything specially the marketing team and the CMO. Giving free mattress to increase walkins is something a CMO takes pride in for doing this stupid marketing tactics whereas its target customer is Nccs A , what a marketing miss. Please don’t join even if they give you 100 percent hike.
