Expect my Team Mates, nothing was good about the place.

Dislikes

The major reason behind not liking the place is the "Protocols". The company wants the employees to be ever-productive; however, the company is not ready make its employees happy. Here are the cons: 1. From morning 9:30 to afternoon 1:00, employees are suppose to work without any snack or a cup of tea. The worst part is, employees can't even take anything to eat inside, the company would also not provide anything, and employees are not even allowed to go out and have a cup of tea. 2. I have worked really hard on a project, but instead of me they gave credits someone else. And to the worst, the person who got the credits doesn't even work there. Even after escalating about it, they didn't do the needful. 3. While companies across the world have understood the importance of a nap or a power break, here you are not suppose to rest. Companies are building nap rooms for employees to relax, but here if can't put your head down. Productivity decreases it seems, the concept of rest and relaxation doesn't work here. 4. Hike. Lets not talk about it. 5. Blocking of websites is okay. Security issues. But blocking EVERYTHING doesn't make any sense. 6. You are not allowed to use your phone. 7. During lunch if you are not going out to eat, you have to sit inside without fan or AC. Until 2 PM they won't switch it ON. Bottom Line Its basically, what they care about is the work. Care for employee is ZERO. Employee Centricity = 0 No matter how low the workload is, but if the culture is like this, you definitely wouldn't want to work here. When I first joined, things were good. However, over time, things changed and became worst. And I had to quit. Personally, that's definitely not the culture I seek, where you don't have ANY freedom. If you want productivity, you have to keep your employees happy. Appreciate them, appreciate their work, give them perks. or if you can't do anything, AT LEAST GIVE THEM A CUP OF TEA/COFFEE.
