First of all I will thank to our Gm Mr. Vinod Nair,who is very much cooperative and decent person. He supports me all the time. Some staff also friendly with me like Vijin,, Bijith, Byju, Harish, Irfan.

12 hours straight duty, less salary,less front office staff,every end of the day you will get headache.if one front office staff will take leave then you have to do entire front office work alone for 12 hours. So much of activities like 3 register you have to entry, have to take Travell Agent booking over mail and have to attend at a time 3 telephones call when guest suppose to check-in. very Less increments in a year. Worst food. Too much local staffs who they are unproffessional.they don't know how to talk with a front office staff, if you work as a Front Office staff 100% sure you won't be get respect from room boys.
