Remote work - because why would they incur on office property which would hamper their multiple business names to carry out fraud. You would be expected to be available 24*7 tho.

Dislikes

What even is there to mention about this fraud gang. The owner himself is an employee of UL and under the name of another recruitment consultancy he milks contract and commissions from his own employer. And then has the gall to rant about morals and ethics. Salesmen are made into Directors who only know how to drive herds. Mandatory to keep your cameras on in meetings, can not get creepier than that.

The Seekers is known for cheating it’s employees, the post fake self reviews on glassdoor. Please think twice before applying.

Dislikes

The seekers is known for cheating its employees, specially Shashwat Mittra, amazingly poor behaviour, by far the worst company I have come across. Think twice before applying.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
