Ok, not so great. But good work life balance

Dislikes

Company policies are only in paper and not followed. Notice pay buy out is only for a few whom they don't like and HR let go off other employees who do not serve full notice period and also quit without information.

They have no agency or authority and insist on quantity work rather than quality work. They are proud of how mediocre their standards are.
