... is quite messed up with no growth path formally planned. Hence no job security. The salary structure is uneven. The hygiene levels and maintenance of the property is very poor. The Banquet and beach restaurant venues, if it has a professional Hygiene and safety audit, the venue will get locked yesterday. Cafeteria is tattered and old. No recreational space.

For starters it's the best option because we can improve skill in our department, don't depend on them for promotion or appraisal. For learning cooking it's the best option

Management is not good, will not get any appraisal or promotion in time them will maximum utilise us

I would have given a better rating but of all my years in my career i have never experienced such inefficient management that never supported the employees in the time of crisis but the first thing that they did was issue pink slips / termination of employment to all the staff of the hotel.

Dislikes

My point of view is that it would have been a much better way if they would have spoken to every employee individually & explain the pros & cons before sending a surprise letter to everyone that they are no longer an employee with the organization. After what we have gone through i would never recommend anyone to ever think of joining this company.

Staffs make this hotel so impressive to their guests. Thus every staffs are very friendly and even the management is very leberel. They choose very arrogant, young, enthusiastic and educated staffs
