...get paid petrol allowance of 3.7 KM which was nearly the same before 10 years. Inequality in increments and salary. Officers being MBA and who are responsible for the sale figures get paid lesser than technical engineers who qualified Plus Two and Polytechnic. Still don't understand why MBA officers need to take targets, additinal works and operate for lower salary. No value is given for the education atleast!! These days employees and tracked fully on gps and extra load is allocated to the officers on daily routine. Along with that they provide lot of administrative work to be done at office. But they say go to the market and get the first dealer visit marked on phone by 9.30 AM. Which means forcefully we have to extend work hours to complete administrative work. Last year increment was ranging from Rs.200-1500 on basic for the same officers who are working on the same grades. Better performers got even under paid. Criteria is unknown !! SIMPLY NO VALUE FOR PERFORMANCE. Career growth is poor. People grow at 3 year intervals from Sales Officer - Senior Sales Officer-Junior Marketing Manager-Assistant Manager- Deputy Manager-Manager. This year even promotions extended by 4 years interval !!! ULTIMATELY NO PAYMENT HIKE. NO DESIGNATION HIKE !! WHY SHOULD ONE STAY HERE? IF SOMEONE WITH SOUND FINANCIAL BACKGROUND AT HOME SEARCHING FOR A COMFORTABLE JOB, THEY CAN RUSH TO RAMCO. IF YOU NEED PAYMENT AND GROWTH, TAKE OTHER OPTIONS.

Good work environment. On time salary. Offering quality products . Management support is good. Those who love sales job with a decent salary can consider Ramco.

There are people who has been retired yet they are warming up their cozy seats and Company is providing salary just for asking questions. If you are an individual who has got experiencing office politics,patience ×1000 this place is quiet heaven to be... all the best fella..

...y. The work culture is somewhat traditional in nature according to my superiors. Salary is only the attractive part of this job.

The top level managers are very much traditional approached people who mostly believes in hardwork only,not on smart works. They keeps on blabbering about their working styles,but not at all appreciate their subordinates even though they performs well in their jobs.If we perform smartly to attain our goals,they keeps advising us to follow their traditional approaches. Most of the managers won't even contribute to the sales. It is the low level Sales officers like us increased sales monthly, but the credits are claimed by them only.No words of appreciations, no job growth, no job satisfaction are the facts I experienced in here.
