There is slow growth, Outdated culture, No work life balance ( depends on location) you have to work all days including leaves and holiday. No role of HR once you are hired, increment is not at all satisfactory, you have to wait 3 years for a promotion. It's only good if you want a comfortable job within your city as a fresher. Not recommended for experienced.

...es, providing natural medicines (kashayam) to employees during rainy season etc. Paid full salary for all employees during covid lockdown. When come to work, in the direct taxation team, they've given freedom to work and bosses are supportive. (I can't say the same for other departments like accounts). Since I have been working in the taxation team, I have travelled to income tax offices at Madurai, Bangalore, Trichy, Coimbatore once in 6 months.

Dislikes

Only demerits is not good in work allotment in the a/c department.

Good job for safely secured salary but there is no individual performance review system here. Which means all are equal.

Not updated one still old traditonal practices it will take time to improve further. And also no individual performance review system. Also during covid there is no clarity for work from home situation mainly focused only corp rest other locations no proper guidelines work from home or office and full dilema.

Plz ask for proper breakup of salary and the company name they are going to post you before joining in written form. I got cheated by the company HR. They threw me into OTISL which is not a listed company and also pay got reduced by 3 lakhs from my current pay. HR simply promises by word of mouth on phone but don't accept it. Take in written form.
