They do not follow as per industry standards. Salary is delayed and the owner is a thief. They do not provide experience letter for the hard work you have done. They keep giving excuses saying it's a peopertership firm. You will not get time to spend with family. Always, they need you for field marketing.

They don't pay salaries till 2 to 3 months. They have regional structure which is not a sustainable model and so they are struggling. They are not improving as per the market standards and struggling for business. You don’t expect growth as the structure does not allow.

Is company me like karne ko kuch bhi nahi hai....har insan apne aap me director hai, salary ka pata nahi hota kab aaegi. 2 month me ek baar hi salary dete hai yeh...waki sach pucho to life bekar karni hai toh yeh company join karna...maine ek bhut aacchi company leave kari jiska afsoos aaj tak hai is companyke liye. abhitak satisfaction job nahi mili.
