Nothing, Working from more than 2 years but didn’t found a single positive thing.

Its pathetic place. The level of toxicity is beyond the level.Everyone wants to leave this but we all are continuing because we don’t have other choices and for art subjects teaching opportunity is very less.

I would like to start with policies, procedures. 1. Too good, free transportation and free education for employees' kids which is truly biggest support for employees. 2. Promotion and appraisal is based on work and performance only 3. HR Polices are good and for any kind of grievances HR team would be best to connect with 4.Laptops are provided to teachers for planning and preparations

Dislikes

Two saturdays kids are also having school which gives us less time to connect with VP's on planning. Need off on saturdays for kids so that Micro teaching can be planned

I feel luck to be a part of the organisation and i would definitely continue there as long as i can. It is not just a place to work it is a place where we feel like a family

Every organisation has its pros and cons but i don't have anything to mention in specific as a dislike.

Nothing actually.The HR is pathetic and rude.

Dislikes

The HR is rude and thinks no end of herself.They give false promises and call for interview.Then on clearing the interview,they change their terms which was promised earlier.A wate of time and energy..Don't even apply for this school
