...culture. Pollution free company area. Staff and colligues are very co-operative. They give good salary, bonus and incentives.

Salary increament is very small and canteen facility is not available

It is a good co. if somebody has very strong background financially as staff salary is very very low even two to three times lesser than that of their permanent workers i.e. a permanent worker who is merely has l.t.l. qualication , is getting more than 40 k or more salary whereas the staff member who is well educated & technically very sound ,is getting hardly 13 k to 16 k salary only!! No job security. Only the chamchas kind of persons are blessed with promotions & financial growth.No one is allowed to learn new things. Technical knowhows are kept very secretaly by supriors means junior & new comers are kept at bay & at mercy of their supriors.No work life.No.future growth for honest & hard working staff personnels.If somebody joins this ci. after reading this he will be joining at his own risk! Presently i am working their as am suffering through very very lean patch or my worst life patch . Parallaly am looking for new jobs also to get rid of this co.

Working time is good. We can easily balanced the personal life and professional life.

Dislikes

New rules and regulations implemented after new director come in company, which are not good for employees.

Free hand in expressing one's telent . Working hours are arranged so that a balance is maintained in the family life .

Dislikes

The company was established in 1946 but no diversification is done . Sometimes it has to go through hard times due to this .
