Hi ..Myself sushmitha .. im working in WILASA GRAND VILLAMENT as Admin and Sales department. WILASA is beautiful place to work and all my reporting head are very friendly nature and supportive in all the fields. you have peaceful work place here and you don't get much pressure towards your work ..

There is no much dislike in this company as of now.. only one this is that there is no increment in employees salary .

Its nice company to start up with and learn different things from. Seniors and coworkers and managers are quite helpful to teach new skills. Management is so friendly and cool (Front Office Dept.) I love to work there, low work pressure according to the guest's arrival. Although job security is there during covid also , but someday it stop providing accomodation facility . At the same time they r not providing pick and drop facilities during covid also... They told me to stay by ur own budget during this pandemic and expect their employees to use public transport. Which is quite cheap for a 5 star property... people like me staying far away from job location face the problem for that..

... during covid pandemic situation 2) no pick-up / drop facilities for employees 3) no payment of full salary 4) daily shifts of more than regular shift hours 5)no overtime payment 6)less hygienic food for employees

I like to work in pride hotel ...people are free to work in any f&b outlet ..and they should learn many more ..and i happy to work in room dining and i love this outlet

In pride hotel salary should not given good and incrument is also average apart from that everythings is ok..

I can say in very confident manners Working with Pride Hitels was one of the memorable experience in tes of every things . Personally I gain lots of good experience during my tenure with Pride .

Nothing is dislike , only Someone should reckonize who work for company benifit not for his own benefit . Here only few gap i found . Need to judge his employee by his work culture not my someone who misguide to management.

Two things that i like about pride is the work culture which was good, the staffs & senior wer supportive and the company provided sal through the pandemic situation.

Dislikes

There was tremendus pressure of work as if it was a normal day. Which impacted the personal life the tentions and pressure was unbearable. And there was zero job security as they would remove the employees as if they mean nothing to the companyand asked us to sell the mask and sanitization and other non hospitality products in which we had zero experience and there was no time given to understand the product. In short it was a pathetic experience with pride.
