I have worked in pioneers company for 4 years.I got great learning and experience from the company. As I have done MBA so I could say that whatever I have learnt was practical MBA in the company .Most of the fields of practical MBA one can learn from this company like sales, Hr,finance, operations.The work culture is so enthusiastic even a boring person would get charged up. I would recommend every job seekers to work here ... because here if you have worked then you could work anywhere plus they give you certificates for team building, communication, public speaking which will add more credibility to your resume. Finally you become sales expert by spending few weeks in the company. All senior leaders are helpful they will help you to grow.

Work environment is very good, I learnt there a lot of thongs eg. Personal recruitment , how to handle two teams with same time. Over all it was good to work over there.

Dislikes

Job timming was not very good. I cant set up work & life balance because of timming . I have to go early in the morning & there is no fix time come back.

It's the best marketing and management company. They teach you, guide you, make you profitable and helps in making a great lifestyle besides career.

Dislikes

Absolutely nothing. You can not find a better environment for growing than this.
