Company culture is very strong. Everyone works together like a big family. They provide opportunities for training and development.

Dislikes

Salary is very low compared to market standards. The benefits given are already provided by other companies. There is no proper yearly hikes.

The PDP group is a great place to work certified organization . The working culture and the office atmosphere is also very well. The office colleagues and other staffs are very supportive. Management is always thinking for the skill development, growth and the success of it's employees.

Working culture good but some of the managers are very bad it is there fault that this verry proud organisation is became very bad work place. . That's why in recent times the work culture and work satisfaction became very bad. Some Employees behavior is very bad. Especially Dock employee's.
