Both the compensation and growth is slow. the work pressure is moderate. sometimes i use to work extra when we conduct some marketing programs. but the HOD do not value an individuals unique strengths and hard works. Also, there is no on-job or any other training for freshers, hence senior folks have to guide them. Overall all the experiences ,good time or bad times we go through will be purely based on the immediate superior to whom we report to.
