The salary of the New Indian's is very high compared to the salary given by banks to similar cadre.There are also lot of facilities like housing loan,vehicle loan,leave encashment once in 2 years,Leave travel facility,holiday home facility,maternity and paternity leave,

Employee's have cent percent job security.There is also good team work among them.Normally work pressure is felt on the employees especially those who are good workers.But these are ignored by the management when any small complaints lodged against them by the public which actually would have been the crooked conspiracy of vested interest persons resulting in stalling the promotion prospects of hard working employees.Since Regional In charges are the recommending authority for grant of promotion by head office and these people will not be familiar to us due to their coming from other states and may not be knowing the working efficiency of the particular person,simply discard him just because of the falls complaints. There are now lot of forums like RTI act,consumer forums,civil courts for redressing the grievances of the public with respect to claims,policy issuing etc.

... claims hub department is very good.Employees help the newly recruited officers.Salary is decent.Various incentives by the company.

The salary is decent but not that high.wage revision is pending.

it gives you the freedom to learn and experience with topmost company in the industry.Job is secured but rewards do not follow the contributions made.HR policy is very outdated and management is typical PSU,

Career growth is slow ,salary is a constraint for quality and best brains are not available, lack of dynamism but work life balance is not very demanding.Work environment is average if not outstanding.

Excellent work culture. Highly knowledgeable staff and Supportive Management. All pahments made within time limit and Cwiss System is Excellent. In my opinion, The New India is my 2nd mother. I LOVE NEW INDIA FROM CORE OF MY HEART. NEW INIDA ASSURANCE IS GREAT COMPANY AND I SALUTE TO ALL AND FEEL PROUD EMPLOYEE OF THIS GREAT AND LEADER COMPANY

Nothing except offices should be renovated as per New Modern Techniques so that Ambience look like Leader Company.

Work pressure is relatively less.

The list can go on forever. Only people who have links inside with senior management can make their way up. HR department is pathetic and least concerned about employees.
